Today in class we took notes over Exponential Models.
This is a picture of the notes I took today in class:
We learned how to find "a" and "b" in an exponential equation when we only had data points.
It takes three steps to do this:
- Substitute the values from the problem into the equation y = ab^x
- Divide the equation with the smaller exponent by the equation with the larger exponent and solve for b.
- Substitute the b value back into the equation from step 1 with the smallest exponent and solve for a.

Nice, Kerri! Thank you for your post!
