Class Review
Emma and Kerri
Last week we worked in stations. In the first station we did research on exponential functions. At the second station we used M&M’s or Skittles to gather information to make exponential functions. We did this with both growth and decay. In the third station we used an applet to discover how changes in the functions changed their appearance on a graph. At the fourth station we chose four problems to complete and check. We also had two IXL’s to complete.
Aaron, Matt, & Chase
We went to school and then last period we went to precalculus. We learned about exponential Growth and Decay. It was very interesting. It made me really think hard. I might want to be a math teacher now. The equation is Y=A(initial)B(growth %+1, decay1-%)^x(number of time periods past).
